Thank you for visiting Builder's Brew Cafe Ltd ("Cafe"). This Refund Policy explains the guidelines and procedures regarding refunds for purchases and services at the Cafe. By making a purchase or utilising our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
1.1 Eligible Refunds: Refunds are applicable to the following circumstances:
a) Duplicate Charges: In the event of accidental duplicate charges for the same product or service.
b) Cancellation of Services: If the Cafe cancels a scheduled event or service for which you have made a payment.
1.2 Non-Refundable Items/Services: The following items/services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified:
a) Food and Beverages: Consumable items, including food and beverages, are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or error on the part of the Cafe.
b) Table bookings: These are non-refundable, however we will try to accommodate rescheduling your booking to an alternative day/time (availability permitting) if you give us 72 hours written notice via email.
c) Custom Orders: Any customised or personalised items or services are non-refundable, as they are specially tailored to your specifications.
d) Digital Products: Digital content or downloadable products, such as e-books or digital guides, are non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided.
e) Deposits taken for function room hire (e.g. birthday parties) are non-refundable
2.1 Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact the Cafe's customer service via email within 7 days from the date of the transaction. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or confirmation.
2.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method utilized for the transaction, unless otherwise determined by the Cafe. If the original payment method is unavailable, the Cafe may issue the refund in an alternative form, such as store credit.
2.3 Refund Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed by the Cafe. The Cafe reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the terms outlined in this policy.
2.4 Timelines: The time it takes for a refund to be processed and reflected in your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to be completed.
3.1 Discretionary Refunds: In certain cases, the Cafe may consider refund requests that fall outside the scope of the general refund guidelines. Such requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the Cafe's sole discretion.
3.2 Service Quality: If you experience a quality issue with a product or service, please bring it to the attention of the Cafe staff immediately. The Cafe may offer alternatives, such as replacement, exchange, or credit, depending on the situation and the availability of resources.
4.1 Policy Changes: The Cafe reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective upon posting on the Cafe's website or at the premises.
4.2 Notification: The Cafe will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant changes to the Refund Policy via the Cafe's website or through other appropriate communication channels.
